Wow, that sounds great. Would've been a little better with Def Leppard coming in over the sound but oh well lol. It's too bad these cost so much, the Hammer and Warrior are probably the coolest air-cooled twins on the market.
Real nice bike, 1 of my favorites but there still to expensive for me so I got to wait for them to get old lol. I got 1 dumd question though, What are "inverted" forks?
Yea, he puts that hair band rock noise on his karting videos too. But there, he's hiding when he's getting on and off the throttle to keep the competive edge :-)
you cant go wrong with any of the hammers. even the 8-ball will have a lot more power than the street bob. also looks better in my opinion. youd be surprised how good the hammer handles too. especially if you put a metzeler 260mm tire on the rear.
I've talked with a couple riders looking at purchasing either a Street Bob or Hammer and both agreed the Hammer was a better purchase. Do yourself a favor and go test ride a Hammer "S"!!! Good luck and let me know what you decide on!
@aizzy810 The Hammer S has twin front disc brakes, tachometer and lightweight wheels. The 8-Ball is slightly cheaper with less emphasis on performance and sits slightly lower of the two. You can't go wrong with either bike!
@KutWrite Go for a hammer.. ive had a street bob for 2 yrs now and after i spent a fortune to make it look HOT.. i actually love it.. but the original street bob is a rusting piece if shit (sorry).. I changed everything on my bob.. powder coated all the parts incl controls etc.. now i can actually leave it outside if it rains without falling apart. their very different bikes.. the Bob is very very basic and raw.. literally no refinement whatsoever. You dont get refinement in HD unless you go CVO
Great bike.. few questions if you dont mind? Im coming from a HD street bob.. so i really like my Mini apes (14") is this something you can change on this bike? also are the fenders actually metal of plastic? thanks!
Street bob's are cool! The fenders on all Hammers are metal and you can easily change the bars on the bike. Mini apes may be a little strange on such a performance bike, but hey why not. Take care.
Thanks for the info.. your right about the bars as ive had a look at the bike now..and taken it out for a nice long test ride..love it! I mean the bob has some go get but this is in a different league! plus i dont vibrate to death!
@JayzBeerz Thanks! I have been a sport bike rider for years. The Hammer S is fast, has great stopping power and sounds awesome so for me it was a natural transition from sport bike to cruiser!
I was looking at Harley's until This guy pulled up next to me on this thing and It was the baddest looking bike I seen. I did not know what it was. I thought it was a custom painted nightster or something. The blue with the white stripes are a site to behold riding down the road.. I had my BMW m3 with my 2 sons in it and they said Dad, sell this and ge that bike. BAD ASS !!
When I first saw the Hammer S, I knew I wanted it because it was something different than what other people were riding. And I agree, it does look Bad Ass! This bike runs great, sounds great and I get a lot of thumbs-up! Take care!
sweet ride man. I have a 03 v92. 40,000 HARD miles and still runnin strong. I do give harleys a tremendous amount of respect, cuz lets face it. If it wasn't for the american classic, none of these v-twins would exist. It's not what You ride, It's how You ride it!!
nice, I had an 04 Vegas that was a lemon, switched to 06 midnight warrior but I very much do like the Hammer S, its the only Victory I would consider buying
nice bike man. I don't have a Victory Hammer but I do have an 8-ball. The stock muffs suck though so I had to get the stage 1 pipes instead. The stage 1 pipes actually sound really good to me.
well its not quite a harley though is it!.. i mean its all...........REALLY WELL DESIGNED AND UNIQUE! haha... i own a street bob and spent about 3k on it to make it not rust etc.. i love it, great ride etc etc, but if i could get one of these in black.. id do it (after a test ride that is).. congrats on your bike
Just got mine about three months ago. I still think to myself when I look at my bike "that is the coolest thing I have ever owned". I now know how it feels to fly with angels.
@08C4S Our bikes are great. I have had mine for 2 weeks and get the grin factor every time I ride it. The two into one exhaust sounds amazing doesn't it. I see you took the reflectors off the front trees near the ends. I am thinking of doing that too. Did they come off easy?
Our bikes are great! Love it and the two into one exhaust! Since your bike is so new the reflectors will come off very easy. A little heat from the sun or hair dryer will aid in the removal. Get your fingernails or something plastic under the reflector and slowly separate the reflector with adhesive from the forks. What ever adhesive remains, use WD40 or Goo-Gone to remove. Enjoy!
cool bike...amazing sound!!
nice vid

and..what song is this?

@VertigoPlays Perfect! Starts instantly every time in either summer or winter. No problem with elevation changes and is mapped very nicely!

I'm really thinkin about a victory hammer 8-Ball. Big difference between the 8-ball and the S, or is it just styling?

Hmmmmmmm Its not quite a Harley???
It doesnt leak oil and break down all the time so yes, its not quite a Harley. This bike has more technical innovation than Harley will EVER have.
