Fable is "action RPG". Myst is Point&Click adventure game. You solve puzzles, read diaries whith memories, important informations erc. You can't die, you have as much time as you need. You can solve puzzles or just walk around and search the locations. Myst is like Syberia or The Longest Yourney but in FPP. Fortunatelly you don't have to collect 100000 items and use them on each other. You use machines, mechanisms etc. Puzzles are hard but solving them is very fun

actually they've been using real people ever since sega cd. before that even. it actually easier to use digitally created characters becaues then you can do what ever you want with them. having to depend on an actor and having move in different directions and so and so, it a technical thing really.

nice! then you should get at least myst IV too, i've completed all myst series and i liked IV most of all, it's just magical i think it has the nicest puzzles, the best graphics, some beatiful ages and a beautiful soundtrack. also the story is fantastic, it returns to the story of the original myst, reintroducing the two brothers, and there's more interaction between the player and the story than in other myst games

There is a Mac version of every Myst game to date, Apple store, Amazon, Ebay or a game store may still have copies though it is a rather old game.

Ive got the demo and i plan on getting the game but on the demo im stuck where i pull a string and some stairs fall down and i climb the stairs and there is a big dome with sybombles on it and 4 stones around it with the same sybombles on them can any one help me out

I'm stuck at the Camoudile Puzzle with the monkey in the huts. I know what I must do but the computer doesn't seem to understand. I try to make the correct sound but nothing happens. And I've checked... what's going on here?

Sorry for my english. I'm still learning it...

I had no problems :( It's hard to say what is wrong. You probably know this... Every "monkey" has individual sound that calls it. One - I called it "little one" runs over the hole (left side). When the hunter falls to the hole another monkey - "old one" throws a stone(fruit?) to the hole. Toxic plant kills hunter. The worst thing is the time limit. If you don't hurry this hunter will go out of the hole.

i never got past either timed puzzles...but i bypassed them. when i first installed the game it worked fine but ran slower and slower, which is a pity.
