  • Check our FB page Coffee Coupons. Avail our coffee coupons discounts.

  • these ads never skip a beat , but it seems that every video I watch is laggy as hell - youtube needs to get its act together.

  • ...on that note...time for a latte :)

  • actually... actual...

  • coffee doesnt damage teeth it just turns them yellow and before you ask if it's decay it's not it's just food colouring

  • coffee also increases exercise capabillities and is good for the liver amongst other things.

One thing though, what has platelet aggregation got to do with teeth cavities? maybe i misunderstood something...

  • although there are benefits to drinking coffee the major drawback is its addictive properties. i drink only white tea which in many ways is even better for you and with a fraction of the caffeine. it also tastes delicious.

  • MattDangles, how do you know that white tea is better for people? Even dark chocolate beats out tea for catechins. Tea is good for you. It is associated with healthier bones for regular drinkers and probably many of the same antioxidant benefits coffee has but I'm pretty sure that it cannot be said that cup for cup tea is better for a person than coffee. A plus for tea over coffee might be that is has something like a third of the caffeine (depending on brew) IF you are caffeine sensitive.

  • they are both good for you they both have differant health benefits, tea is a much better anti oxidant hands down however coffee reduces dementia if drank often(like once a day or every few days) and it also lines the blood vessels

  • nice i love coffee

  • Thanks.
