These high-level competition matches are so cool! The strategy and skill here is amazing. I have just found a new thing to watch. Is the playoffs video up yet?

This is the first time I've actually gone and looked up competition videos for TF2. Definitely some cool stuff going on there. I'm part of a TF2 clan right now, but I don't think we've done any competing. Or if we have, it was a long time ago. Definitely like the commentary works as well. I'm gonna be watchin a good deal of these, cuz it also is gonna help my playing skills. Nice work =)

I think it's because they rely heavily on rocket jumps, and the direct hit would hurt too much, also they need the shotgun so they can't use the gunboats.

pyros are pure situation and ambush and granary is a hard map to ambush with a communicating team. Their airblast is helpful and all but they have to get into someones face and soliders/demo/scouts wont let that happen.

Also if you are using the flare gun, you might as well be a sniper.

well of course not the lolgun but I find plenty of sidepaths in granary flank with, but its true that they're team is highly skilled and coordinated so they'd probably have their asses covered.

The speed with which they played was incredible. Ive also never seen soldiers and demomen grenade/rocket jump that precisely. I have to agree with SFPheonix's theory on the spy shimmer as I cannot think of any other reason he'd shimmer like that.

Thats cuz I suck at making skins. I've proved the concept and will continue to use uniforms as its a great idea, but it would be great if the teams spent the time to make some quality outfits for me to use.

What do you mean you don't like the skins? They are there so we know which team is which, not for looks. It's confusing without skins because at Half time they switch colors. With skins they stay the same color. I don't understand what u guys don't like about them.

Great commentary as always. Near the end the purple and light blue uniforms were kinda confusing together. I think if you're going to make more custom uniforms it would be a good idea to plan them out a little. You don't want to spend a lot of time on something that winds up creating confusion.
