I filmed this with my OWN Camera and footage of Killer Queen at
North Sydney Leagues Club. EMI have laid claim to my video clip.
This clip is not great but its okay. Killer Queen sing Queen songs
they are a tribute band.I am sure they have licence to sing their
songs, They have had approval from Queen themselves.
Its good if this clip stays up, but I have had to put a copyright disclaimer
here for the right to have it up.

I ask what happens if other Youtubers film bands and put their own videos up they
filmed they get the same thing? What is going to happen to Youtube?
Fair is fair. Does this mean if someone goes and films an Elvis Impersonator
that could be really crap they do the same thing?
They have to put a disclaimer on their own footage?
I am here merely only to promote what I like
