Good song, but the footage moves too slowly, and the audio you inserted is badly edited and too loud. I can't justify giving this more than one star I'm afraid.
"Doctorin' the TARDIS" was performed by The KLF. You should be able to find the CD on either Amazon or eBay, or you may even find it to download from a fansite such as Aggedor com. The "Doctor Who" episode featured is "The Parting of the Ways", from Season 1 of the New Series.

I have even got an old cassette tape of the song!!
I'm not sure whether The KLF did perform this song though.I agree about the episode!!
