Theres more evidence 4 the Jesus Christ Christians know & love than any other historical figure in or around the time he walked this earth There R several secular sources which tell of Jesus dying on the cross. Historical writings prove beyond a shadow of doubt that the stories that Jesus did not die on the cross did not surface til many yrs later. There have been many writers who set out 2 disprove Jesus who ended up becoming Christians b/c of all the historical evidence that we truly have
Looking back, what seems strange to me now is not that people would wish to embody Jesus values, but that others would criticize them for it. What seems even stranger is that few Christians, in the modern day, match this profile. Indeed, what seemed most strange to me, prior to my conversion to Islam, is that Muslims seemed to embody Jesus values better than Christians.
Of course not all Muslims are this way, but I know of no other people in the entire world who are as fake, evil, hypocritical, lying, hate-filled people as many Muslims are. After over 10,000 hours of research on Islam/history/Muslims, etc, & talking 2 Muslims on a daily basis 4 over 7 yrs, I honestly believe many Muslims become possessed after reading & following Islam. There could B no other explanation 4 so many of them 2 B such evil, hate-filled people.
Now, that assertion requires an explanation, and it goes like this: To begin with, both Christianity and Islam consider Jesus to have been a prophet of their religion. However, whereas Jesus teachings have been lost from the creed and practices of most Christians (see my article, Where is the Christ in Christianity?), these same teachings are respected and evident in Islam.
1. Jesus was bearded, as are most Muslims, but only the rare Christian.
2. Jesus dressed modestly. If we close our eyes and form a mental picture, we see flowing robes, from wrists to ankles—much like the loose Arabian thobes and the Indio-Pakistani shalwar kameez, typical of the Muslims of those areas. What we dont imagine is the revealing or seductive clothing so ubiquitous in Christian cultures.
3. Jesus mother covered her hair, and this practice was maintained among the Christian women of the Holy Land up to the middle of the twentieth century. Again, this is a practice maintained among Muslims as well as Orthodox Jews (of which Jesus was one), but not among modern day Christians.
So many horrifying quotes thruout history & the world about Islam/Muslims, so little time & space 2 quote them. The only time ppl quoted good things about Muslims/Islam was when ppl were trying 2 appease Muslims 2 keep them from jihading & killing so many ppl, just as we C 2day at times. 1 of the reasons the Muslim countries were split up was b/c of the Christians/Jews/Hindus, etc, screaming out 4 help b/c the Muslims had treated them so badly. Muslims can kill missionaries converting ppl 2 Christianity but they do not have a clue how 2 fight God actually calling these ppl 2 Him Himself b/c there is no way 2 fight & kill God. substituting the concept of Jesus having atoned for the sins of mankind for the direct accountability Jesus taught, discarding Jesus claim to humanity for Pauls concept of Jesus having been divine, we have to question in exactly what manner Christianity respects the teachings of its prophet.
A parallel issue is to define which religion does respect Jesus teachings. So lets see: Which religion honors Jesus Christ as a prophet but a man? Which religion adheres to strict monotheism, Gods laws, and the concept of direct accountability to God? Which religion denies intermediaries between man and God?
The Jesus Muslims think is a prophet is not the same Jesus Christ Christians know and love. In fact, all the prophets in the Quran are different from the prophets of the Jewish/Christian religions. Some even have different histories. So Muslims should worship their god & Christians will worship our God, but they are definitely not the same God.
If you answered, Islam, you would be right. And in this manner, we find the teachings of Jesus Christ better exemplified in the religion of Islam than in Christianity. This suggestion, however, is not meant to be a conclusion, but rather an introduction. Those who find their interest peaked by the above discussion need to take the issue seriously, open their minds and then read on!

For 1 person 2 fulfill 48 of them the # becomes a staggering 1 chance N 10 to the 157th power (1 with 157 zeros). Add 2 that the 250 other prophecies & it becomes impossible 4 any other person except Jesus 2 ever fit that particular sequence of time & events.
Someone unfamiliar with Islam may be surprised to learn that Muslims love Jesus too. A Muslim will not speak the name of Jesus without respectfully adding the words may peace be upon him. In Islam, Jesus is a loved and esteemed man, a Prophet and Messenger calling his people to the worship of the One True God.
Muslims and Christians share some very similar beliefs about Jesus. Both believe that Jesus was born of the Virgin Mary and both believe that Jesus was the Messiah sent to the people of Israel. Both also believe that Jesus will return to earth in the last days. However in one major detail they are worlds apart. Muslims believe with certainty that Jesus is not God, he is not the son of God and he is not part of a Trinity of God.

This is sad, and really if there were not thousands of Muslims converting to Christ then this insulting video would not have been posted. Jesus said; "I am the way the truth and the life, no man comes unto the Father unless he comes by Me." There are real visions and real people coming to Jesus, because it is NOT about pride in a religion but a relationship with Jesus. To know Him is to love Him. When you are on your deathbed, that is when perhaps I pray he will save you. :)

When John the Baptist came , they asked him if he was Christ and he said no. They asked him if he was Elias and he said no. Analogies between Moses and Jesus overlooks not only the above similarities but other crucial ones as well (e.g. the natural birth, family life and death of Moses and Muhammad but not Jesus, was regarded by His followers as the Son of God and not exclusively a messenger of God, as Moses and Muhammad were and as Muslims belief Jesus was).

in christianity it is permitted to question , so that we will be closer to god. in islam it is forbidden to question, which leads them away from god. ALL answers leads to god. why then are you muslim? and whats the name of your god? dont tell me its allah because that just means god in arabic. i want you to tell me his name.

Muslims may find the teachings of Jesus Christ better exemplified in Islam than in Christianity but obviously Christians find just the opposite. The Old Testament told us all about Jesus Christ from the very beginnings & thruout. Jesus fulfilled over 300 prophecies from the ancient OT which many R not only proven N the Bible &/or Christian historical writings, but there R also many secular historical writings proving some of these prophecies were fulfilled by Jesus when He walked this earth.

Scientists/scholars say it would have been impossible 4 any1 but Jesus 2 fulfill over 300 of these prophecies. The chances of 1 person fulfilling a mere 8 of these prophecies R 1 N 100,000,000,000,000,000. For 1 person 2 fulfill 48 of them the # becomes a staggering 1 chance N 10 to the 157th power (1 with 157 zeros). Add 2 that the 250 other prophecies & it becomes impossible 4 any other person except Jesus 2 ever fit that particular sequence of time & events.

Someone unfamiliar with Islam may be surprised to learn that Muslims love Jesus too. A Muslim will not speak the name of Jesus without respectfully adding the words may peace be upon him. In Islam, Jesus is a loved and esteemed man, a Prophet and Messenger calling his people to the worship of the One True God.

Muslims and Christians share some very similar beliefs about Jesus. Both believe that Jesus was born of the Virgin Mary and both believe that Jesus was the Messiah sent to the people of Israel. Both also believe that Jesus will return to earth in the last days. However in one major detail they are worlds apart. Muslims believe with certainty that Jesus is not God, he is not the son of God and he is not part of a Trinity of God.
