  • Now these guys are escorting Gadafi's family around north Africa... ha ha ha

  • @JacquesGD

crime in south africa has nothing to do with colour thats just speculation. the fact that most crimes are committed in townships proves that fact.

  • I agree you must adapt to this Crime, it desensitizes you..89% of people murdered are white.

  • @JacquesGD What the fuck are you talking about. The vast majority

of murders are black males. you retard

  • @JacquesGD

    That complete bull shit.

  • @JacquesGD whites in south africa are outnumbered 10 to 1. 50 million or so blacks and 5 million whites

  • hello I am bubalub

  • @marius72za Are u stupid ? One of the Safest Countries ?

  • South africa is one of the safest countries....there is a C130 in the police!

  • @marius72za The safest? lol

  • well this is all good and well but they cannot handle it on their own thats why most Police forces around the world are sending their own police too help out with during the world cup there will be some British and european police over there they are all trainned in counter terrorism

  • special task force is one of the best in the world and i know it but you've godda be shitting me safe south africa is never safe

  • you better not come at all becuase the criminals here will kill you! i know, i live here :-(

  • Special Task Force ??

  • Special Task force is the most elite unit of the SAPS! Only a selected few make the unit. They go through hard training of almost 2 years. Only a handful makes each selection.

  • is that exercise for the WC? it seems that it is the WC of war maybe

  • i don't think the threat of terrorism is something to be afraid of in SA , it's the everyday crime and violence that people should be made aware of

  • Perhaps you are not aware of islamic fundamentalist organisations like PAGAD or KIBLA. Google them, you'll be suprised how big a threat terrorism will be at the world cup.

  • i know of PAGAD , a front for gangsters to kill other gangsters that were muscling into their drug market, and the present crime stats proof the point i made. How many people have PAGAD killed? then compare that figure to how many people are murderd in SA every year. Intelligence services often pick up on chatter of terrorist plots, or they get foiled by police informers. PAGAD has many police informers, unfortunately that's not availble to fight the "common criminal"

  • @alvsaldanha2002

PAGAD? Are you shitting me? The last time they made waves was in the 90s with Staggie's murder. They're a vigilante group of citizens against drug lords in THEIR (re: slum) areas - they're not a bloody IRA group. Get your facts straight.

  • The problem might not be the south Africans, but the Hooligans that shall come from around the world.

  • Hooligans are a problem but trust me, you don't know what these bastards are capable of. They don't just break things or get into fights, they will stick a knife in your gut or shoot you in the face for a packet of cigarettes or just so that they don't have to fight.

  • @Emperialking

Why am I now so fucking depressed about going to my first world cup? The place is a basket case. Fuck

  • @111Trademark111 Dont be depressed read my other posts you shall be fine. Like other places its all about keeping to the best place in a city, only Johannesburg is too crazy tiny bits of it. You shall be fine.

  • @Emperialking Thanks mate. But I think I will try to buy a hand gun when I get over there. Just to be safe.

  • You are welcome mate. I guess the buying of a handgun shall be great too. Have it registered so as they don't sweat you at customs. My advice sticks though start planning now and have the best world cup ever. You shall be surprised at how things turn out great when planning is done ahead of time. Your comments have made my week. Am from southern Africa but I too shall arm up if I do go for the cup lol.

  • I think the World Cup in SA will be great!

  • My advice to David Garnett - lose some weight, you look disgusting in a Police uniform!

  • "goodluck in south africa" :O yeah goodluck to not get killed, raped, mugged, hijacked or receive aids on the way back to your home town :D

  • Just had a Dutch guy who was attacked taking a taxi in Cape Town. of course it was played down by the media. He was pistol whipped and they attempted to strangle him. Eventually someone saw this going on and came to his help...lucky? definitely! Where was the police response unit?- probably protecting the FIFA delegation in their lear jet

  • hahahaha funny, in America over here, Police are shot by Rednecks thinking Obama would take their guns away, also by released mental former prisoners. You know how well our media plays everything.

  • Safe and Secure ???? Good Luck foreigners to our beautiful land.If my message saves just one person from being robbed,it will be worth it.

  • Too all people visiting SA for the world cup football, enjoy youre time here, and im sure you will have a great holiday.BUT,be aware at all times.Late night wanderings expecting to take a cab home, forget it.You will be robbed and survive,if you are one of the lucky ones.

  • So let me get this right- muggers will be using jets to land in Cape Town- try rob an elderly couple trying to cross a major runway then use it to fly out again.

The crime is not in the air it's on the ground. F*ck this government is a bunch of fukwits!

If they cant get out they will use the elderly couple as hostages on their really expensive plane.

If this is not the real problem then I don't know what is. As for terrorism.....the real terrorists are in government- no problem there.
