  • Impressive! I also own a Blackstar HT Stage (60W, in my case) and a Epiphone Black Beauty with a P90 in the middle position!

  • @kaddmus Gear twins! :)

  • Aye, I went cross eyed watching this. your a bastard lyttle, a filthy bastard! but in an epic way.

  • Is this boosted?

  • @Benny555666 What do you mean boosted?

Given that I don't understand the term, it's probably not boosted lol

  • @MrConeman I mean have you got a overdrive pedal plugged in to give you a gain boost. :-)

  • @Benny555666 Oh, no, nothing between the guitar and the amp :)

You can see the same blue cable coming out of my guitar, going into the amp.

  • LOVE this video and your tone.

  • @Necromancerocks Thanks dude. :)

  • What are your settings?! And what tubes are you using?

  • @xXmisfits1995Xx Hey, thanks for asking :)

    I'm just using the standard valves that come with the head, 2 ecc83's, 1 ecc82's, 4 el34's.

Settings wise, I have the master volume at about 2 or 3, presence at 7, resonance at 6, reverb at 8, ISF all the way to the British side, treble mids and bass all at around 5/6/7 depending how I feel, the gain on OD1 at about 6, and the gain on OD 2 at about 8.

This amp sounds brilliant at most settings though, this is just my preference :)

  • @xXmisfits1995Xx I should also mention that the Epiphone Les Paul I'm using has been modded, I fitted it with Bareknuckle pickups. ( google them) , they definitely are attributing to the colour of the tones. You can see me switch between all three pickups in this video.

  • Because the OD1 and OD2 share some controls, how easy is it to set this amp up for Clean / Rhythm / Lead?

  • @odgeUK Thanks for the comment :). They actually don't share the same control dials.

Well they do and they don't.

OD1 and OD2 have seperate dials for volume, and gain. But the same dials for treble/middle/bass ect.

So it's very easy to use OD2 as a lead boost, it will sound the same as OD1, but you have the option of more gain, and more volume. Here I would have had OD1 vol at 2, and gain at about 2 oclock. OD2 would be volume 3, Gain at 5 oclock.

  • Stunning!
