To everyone thinking the ports are small. You've obviously never built a PROPERLY tuned box. It's not all about port "size" it's about volume, like most things involving air. So a deeper port doesn't need to be as big. Stop trying to knock some guys system via the internet. He obviously spent hella time making it actually look finished. Props.

@Murphdiggs i can tell you that you dont have enough square inches of port area for the cubic feet of airspace in that enclosure. your subs could perform way better than they are. as it sits now, they are struggling to play to thier fullest. My guess is thats somewhere in the neighborhood of 12 - 15 cubic feet for those subs, and maybe a total of 85 to 100in^2 of port area. now a good rule of thumb is 12-16 in^2 for ever 1 ft^3 of airspace.12 x 12 = 144in^2. Thats on the small side. Now u stfu

@dose778 they look like 3X12 to me, if the box is 6 cu.ft or around that then he's got enough port. you only need 12 sq inches per cu. ft w/ fi's you can go bigger if you want to but for good sound quality he did it right, sure bigger means more output but some people prefer sound quality, i like my systems to be right in the middle, still sounds great but rattles your insides as well.

the setup is awsome like the way box was made, but got agree in the vid 2 the subs look slight out of phase to the rest etc, from looking closing at there flex up and down the cones dont match.

is each sub off its own amp? if so have they been scoped at all to be even etc?
