For anyone who doesn't know this those big mechanical things with those legs that moo are unmanned weapons called Gekkos. They are modeled from both Metal Gear REX and Metal Gear RAY and are also called IRVING or Lizards. They have Mechanical bodies and heads and artificially created legs. The reason they moo like cows is to communicate with other Gekkos and to mentally offset their enemies in some way.

I don't know if this makes me shallow or what, but I love this game and I love Solid Snake, but no matter what it's kind of shitty to be playing as what looks like a sixty year old. It wouldn't be so bad either without the mustache, but it totally adds insult to injury it's like a grandpa mustache. Solid Snake is always gonna be an ill motherfucker in my book, but I really wish he wasn't quite so old in this. They could've made him like 42-48 or something, that'd still be accelerated.
