2. Find Clerk of Court Office

3. Obtain a copy of the death rolls

4. Vote using the names on the death rolls

Or, one could look at actual facts, such as the Brennan Center for Justice's 2006 study, Policy Brief on the Truth About "Voter Fraud," which found "no documented wave or trend of individuals voting multiple times, voting as someone else, or voting despite knowing that they are ineligible." Further, the study found that many popular anecdotes of fraudulent voting were false.

But "voter fraud" does make a good scare story, even if it's as wholly imaginary as George Romero's classic movie.
