This is not my favourite Dire Straits song, but still very nice.

Personally I do not care very much for the video (never been a Thunderbirds fan myself though)

I perfer One the Night Live version of this song. It's a bit long (with extra instrumental play), but very very enjoyable. Love the atmosphere of that show. MK is incredible, as always. :)

@bovb902 Of course i did. I have most of Gerry Anderson's productions on DVD at home. Actually, i was just pointing out that those who directed that clip used stop motion animation instead of the classic "Supermarionation" technique between 1:12 and 1:20 :)

I never noticed how the green pepper was supposed to be Thunderbird 2, the orange carrot Thunderbird 3 and the yellow fish Thunderbird 4. Though the grey and red biro being Thunderbird 1 was pretty obvious. :)

I remember the hype for this when it came out as it was Dire Straits' first single for 5 years, following the Brothers In Arms album. There's a great interview somewhere with Gerry Anderson where he talks about creating all the puppets for this video - I think he really enjoyed going back to his Thunderbird days!
