@Kayleeloulou3 Hello There, that big ring is a 3 inch book ring. It is hinged and therefore easy to place pages on and off. A normal keyring would be very difficult to thread your pages on without ripping them. search for the term "book rings" and you should find a supplier. the most common size in shops (including normal stationers) is 1 inch. Hope that helps. SundayL
@85babycakes You could try, but glitter mist is made with VERY fine powder particles and any larger would just clog the spray nozzle. An alternative is to crumple the flowers with ordinary water and then add glitter to them when they are dry. Hope that helps
@salsals35 Yes, when the flowers dry they are quite stiff! Although I used shimmer mist, it's basically just water. You can just dunk the paper quickly into a cup of water, don't have to 'spray'.
Hi Sunday, I have seen other paper flowers recently on you tube however I have to see I think I like this technique best and am going to actually give it a try. Thanks for sharing and I hope all is well! Valerie

Would this technique work for making other shapes, like a butterfly? (Not crumpling, just wetting it and letting it dry)

this is a very clever technique, just wondering...
will it be stiff when dried if i just use water?
