the cop commited suicide by picking the lock to another cop's locker and shot himself at the police sation, leaving a suicide note and pictures of his family. he said he was real sorry. he was put on admin desk duty, stripped of gun and badge and left at 4am one morning to pick the lock to get a gun to end his life. it is real tragic that both the cop who tasered Morales and Morales himself died due to this incident.keep this in mind when u leave your posts. this sheet be for real, yo!

The NYPD Lieutenant that gave the order shot himself in the head. Morales had problems that his family could not resolve, that was not the fault of the NYPD. Morales family couldn't cope with the person they produced. Morales was a burden to himself, his family and society. NYPD did the best they could with this mentally disturbed individual.
