@Manderzzgorawr123 you use a special paint you can get at michaels or joanns called Lumiere paints. They are solid or metallic. After you have painted it with a couple of coats iron it...it helps it not chip off. look up the video "The Making of a Mermaid Tail" by LittleOrca and "How to paint a mermaid tail fluke" by LittleOrca. Very helpful videos and a gorgeous tail. As for this video...THIS IS AMAZING!!! I was planning to do this to my tail from the very beginning. Amazing job!
