Thanks Clifta. I was just messing around with it. I've gotten a few basic exercises down, but I dont know where that L Sit came from. I was just sitting and thought of pulling myself up. JG is a good tool, but I thing rings are just as great.
trust me, they were not easy for me. I believe i did ten and i was hurting... you can see I had to take a break. I plan on doing P90X again and then do the P90x plus.. but didnt know the L sit was in the dvd... they didnt use a suspension system right?

Yes, I loved the L-sit from the floor too. Good idea... I'll have to try that! Looks really hard.

"L" Pullups are part of the P90X Plus routine - they are gnarly hard! You make it look easy...
