I don't know why anyone thinks the people should pay for any of the bank and corporate bail outs anywhere in the world. I still don't understand why we have private banks printing money and charging countries interest for printing money. It all seems absurd to me.

Benjamin Franklin's comment as he emerged from the constitutional convention to a lady asking what kind of government had they given the people comes to mind. Franklin answered, "A republic Maam, if you can keep it". The point was that the citizens must understand and make policy. Glass-Steagall is the "Key" as the Irish leaders have understood. @LaRoucheisright The democratic and republican parties has demonstrated that they have no intention of leading for policies that can save our nation. The LaRouche movement on the other hand has demonstrated just the opposite that in fact they are and will lead.
