We will lose the context of such a great poet if we believe that Pakistan was created for a particular religion or sect. One may argue that Pakistan is for Muslims and should not fight in between brothers but going forward, on the same line, the difference may/will grow as they see how each of us are distinct from others and will create a new sect out of it. So, its futile to argue that any nation will sustain if created on a basis of sect. Be secular and accept the fact that we are all same.

i am from nwfp but still love rawalpidi and islamabad and every city of pakistan. but i would say punjib can play great role to bring close all of the proviances. punjib has more resourses and power then other proviances

100 agree 100 percent with you my brother. Infact Habib Jalib was a great intellectual and poet from Punjab. In my opinion his revolutionary poetry is the rebirth of Allama Iqbal after 1947

The problem is this self fulfilling prophecy 'we have done a lot for other provinces', the problem is in the non-willingness to reflect why there is hate amongst all other provinces towards punjab, the problem is in the state of self-denial that ppl from rest of the pakistan are lazy while punjab is enlightened. Help urself, get punjab out of the captivity of feudalism , emerge a leadership from common working class punjabis, can u name me any non-feudal/non-capitalistic leader from punjab ?
