Magnets Are The Fuel or part of the fuel used.
Magnet Material is mined like uranium or anything else.

Yes, you have observed the open experiments, the ones where they have not figured out how to use magnetic shielding which I also mentioned above. Once they advance to the powerful engines shown above they will not show the public the details of how they achieved this since they are under contract with investors in an attempt to patent & bring this to market. Guess what would happen to you if investors provided you with money only for you to give away the secrets on youtube?

If you study enough you will see that electric motors are becoming ever more efficient but then so are generators increasing efficiency. With both continually becoming more efficient I realize it seems impossible that an electric motor can run a generator & the generator produces more than enough to run the motor that runs the generator but with ever increasing efficiency they must hit a barrier... but then achieving mach 1 was a blearier, to some scientists a scientific impossibility

@GlobalAwareness2525 Yeah, I know scientists didn't think we could exceed the speed of sound, but that still doesn't prove that a machine can become efficient enough to run itself. I know scientists are wrong sometimes, but you're talking about something very fundamental here. No matter how you cut it, the extra energy has to come from somewhere. I'm just wondering what's being depleted to produce more electrons than you put in.

That proposal is a far reach & would seem to defy presently known laws, just a thought.Please do not confuse that with what I am trying to explain about how these perm mag engines function. I have to keep focus because I do have a tendency to go off in a million different directions at once & this really confuses people so forget about the motor running the generator running the motor concept,if it were to occur there would simply be a new amazing perception of the laws that govern us

Now this is important so follow me on this:
The wheels you've seen spin but die out, they do have propulsion, that part is clear but not strong enough to keep it going so the inventor adds current just like in a traditional motor but it does not require as much current because the perm mags are assisting. Can you now see why measured output would seem to be higher than measured electrical input due to the perm mag assist?

Well, not really. I still don't understand where the extra energy is coming from. Like you said, the magnetic wheels that we can observe run down. On top of that, I still don't really understand where the new energy is coming from. It has to be depleted from SOMEWHERE or it still violates the laws of physics.

I need to change terminology here, bad choice of words. The magnets do not run down as in becoming demagnetized, The magnet wheels eventually catch too many attraction points, the propulsion is still there, the magnetization will be there for about 300 yrs so that part does not run down. The magnets are trying just like a 4 cyl engine trying to pull a Mack truck, it just can't keep going so it requires additional assistance...

The magnets. They will keep the wheel going with added assistance. Even though electricity is needed to keep the wheel going the magnets are still assisting, and where did the energy come from to make the magnets?
It took me many months to fully grasp this. Just keep reading over this, watch the different vids, one day it will hit you & you will wonder why you never saw it before, this happens to physicists all the time.

Here is another example: Search online Permanent Magnet Motor. The motor you will be looking for are not the ones you see in the video. It will be a motor on the market now where perm mags do not actually propel but used more as magnetic bearings. These new motors have reduced drag so they are far more efficient & the motor lasts a lot longer. In windmills they require far less wind to get the wind mill turning...

@GlobalAwareness2525 Magnetic bearings? Now, I can understand THAT. It would reduce friction and make the engine more efficient. Less energy lost to friction means more energy that can be used for work. That's interesting, but it still doesn't tap into any kind of energy from the magnets themselves. It just brings the machine closer to 100% efficiency.

No, the magnetic bearings do not produce energy but it is a good example of how perm magnets do work. The magnets hold the shaft in place from the manufacturer, to the motor sitting in the box, all the while holding the shaft in place then all the while that the motor is spinning to stationary then in 300 yrs those mag bearings will become demagnetized but using their force they did preform work

And I wanted to show you that motors are ever becoming higher in efficiency and this step into using perm magnetic propulsion is only another step toward motor efficiency, after some 200 yrs wouldn't you expect to see some drastic change in the electric motor? Technologically we should be so much further with electric motors & Internal combustion engines, the concept of the two is so antiquated.

To further reiterate.
How does a permanent magnet produce work. Many examples exist that magnetic force from one magnet to another are placed on a wheel, the series of magnetic force spins the wheel, the wheel can be a generator. The fact the force spins the generator & the generator creates electricity then force equates to work and/or energy. It's a lot to absorb if you are not used to the idea.

A basic process cannot be patented (like Bread making) but the supportive process (like The Bread making machine) can be; these inventors don`t even bother to explain the basic process behind their machines! In the interests of national security don`t you think it is wise to monitor potentially dangerous processes?

You see the videos. I cannot prove the devices shown actually work yet neither can you prove they do not work. You might be able to show antiquated science that seems to prove they do not work. Yeager's own team had physicists who showed scientific evidence why Mach 1 is not achievable, you could easily do the same.

Here is how this would go. You invent a space ship that takes you 1000 light yrs into space then you return 2 minutes later. You contact the News media, they do a story, you say this will be available for tours of space at 7,338 euros per head. You swiftly get visited by black suits from US, they confiscate all your plans & your craft then take you to court under false pretense to smear your name. What is the public supposed to believe, that you were a scammer & a liar?

People and Inventions evolve over time. Unless you are a recluse, such a project would have earned you several thousand witnesses to testify.

In actual fact in US patent law no one person actually owns a patent as most people think. The Patent holder has the right to hold patent & manufacture the patented item but never actually owns patent so if another manufactures the item the patent holder has a right to sue the manufacturer of said item but cannot sue the manufacturer for theft since the patent technically is never owned therefore "patent theft" is not an accurate term even though I use that term myself.

This alone is enough to discourage any inventor from patenting until he has enough funding from investors to start production immediately after patent so perhaps you can understand why an inventor may produce a video to get the attention of investors without revealing how his invention works in a public forum. In addition competitors send out spies posing as investors to steal enough info to make their own device, it's dog eat dog, very viscous.
