he uses a mirror in the other hand to see her. It is like using a shiner when cheating at blackjack. Don't get me wrong it still takes a ton of practice. If I practiced kicking a ball in the hoop from the foul line every day for 10 years straight, it would be easier for me to do it that way then shooting it with my hands.
