very interesting interview. i haven't heard such kind of interview for years from placebo. Radio interviews are always much better. I really loved the tale about Reading Festival and Bjork, who is also one of my favs. And i agree with him about the "performing" on stage thing and absorbing the audience into another world, that's what placebo does on every concert!!

It sounds really horrible, when he compare us with London. I know, that what he say is true, but it isn´t comfortable for me...I would be glad, if he said something else...for example "Yea, you´re great, we are going to come again."

I think he means that the quality of music in London is so much higher and they have to work harder to satisfy the audience... The Czech Republik is only an example - he could also have mentioned germany or an other country... I'm sure that he doesn't want to depreciate your country and the people...;-) Don't worry!

Yeah, you're right. I know it could have been any country but it is sad to think that he might consider the Czech Republic inferior. I have been under the impression that we are not important to Placebo at all for a long time. I don't even know why... And it also made me sad that they are not going to play a concert here... You see what I mean? I hope I'm completely wrong. :o)
