Yep,Troy Trepainer is THE builder of Sniper.Boyd was one of the pioneers there towards the end he lost alot of cledability,he can thank Dwayne for that and the wheel fiasco,bogus titles and the list goes on.Right around the time of Boyds passing somebody that was a bigger pioneer AND started before Boyd was John Buttera,Boyd learned a thing or 2 from Lil John.

Much respect to Boyd, a true innovator. Too bad the Sniper is shown at 5:45, this ride was build by Troy Trepanier, not Boyd...
