my dad had a 1969 c10 back in 1986 it had a 454 it was droped 3/5 inches and had 14 bolt posi he lent it to his buddy for the weekend and he wraped it and himself around a light pole my dad spent over $20,000 on this truck it was a medium pearl green the paint was made with 17 colours and had 14 coat and 9 of clearcoat it was beautiful i never got to see it only in pictures i wish he still had it

somethingtough, when this was made was it the original rear end gears in that chevy? Cmiller, I think you mean get rid of the limited slip and throw on a positrack. The LS is what caused the rear passenger to spin while the driver did not move... common issue.

This truck is meant for hauling and it has headers and a extreme cam? Isn't that a little extreme? You'd have to shift like at 4,200 wouldn't ya? My dad has iron manifolds and single 2 1/2" glasspack with factory cam. On my dads old chevy he only used a comp 260.
