  • well i dont know how many times i can say this diet,diet,diet you can excercise 24 hours a day 7 days a week and not lose weight if your eating crappy foods change your diet and you will barely have to work out and you will still drop the weight easy

    burn more than you put in count calories or have someone punch you in the mouth so your mouth is soar and you cant chew

  • @mrseniorlos I ran treadmill 3 miles, jogged home from gym for a mile 6 days a week lost only a few pounds. You musta been on some good stuff

    The heat helps you loose weight. As well as the sun giving you vitamins.

  • @Jordainio Two reasons. Either 1) he/she ate in such a way to influence fat/weight loss (ie low carbs, high protein & fat) or 2) you may have gained more lean muscle..which in turn is WAY better than losing silly scale lbs. People confuse that they wanna lose lbs when losing fat is the real goal. You wanna fit your clothes better, look better/toned etc? Thats FAT loss, not weight loss. Being skinny is pointless when there's a lot of jiggle...like me prior to correcting my eating habits.

  • i feel the best way is to try and cut sugar,75% of the white flour you would usually consume [chips,french fries,whit bread in general],all carbonated drinks,and lower food comsumption along with missing 2 meals a week or no food on like sunday and atleast walking your back yard every day through rain and shine youl lose about 5 lbs. in about 1.5 weeks lol i do that 2 times a month

  • For losing weight, I think it's essential to get more informed about the mineral and vitamin content of the food. Make a spreasheet of all the vitamins and minerals in the column section. On the row section, write the food that contain the most of each one. For instance, an orange may give you your 100% daily value of Vitamin C. Then write a "X" where "Vit C" and "Orange" meet. That's only the general idea of this method. You can figure out the specifics yourself.

  • Most people are not going to spend the time to get that detailed when it comes to following the mineral and vitamin content. People like to be spoon fed that's why there are so many weight loss gimmicks out there.

Changing our body structure also requires changing the way we think, changing attitudes, changing the way we see ourselves, changing habits (which come from the mind)...
