The restraining order in California should concern everybody who values freedom of speech. You may not agree with Jack McClellan, but you should defend his right to speak his mind. My opinion? As much as I hate to say this... this is a case of being guilty until proven innocent and it's wrong. We as a society cannot condemn someone for a crime they "might" commit. We should find alternate ways to deal with cases like this.

Innocent until proven guilty though seems to be the case, in every judicial system dealing with acts against children. Before our civil liberties are violated (although they are already violated by police etc.) on a larger scale, we have to wait till he commits a crime.
