I think it's their start positions, i.e. infi started at the 7 o'clock position, and moon started at the 1 o'clock position.

It is their starting position, based on a "clock" indication
NE 1 means Nightelf, 1 o'clock position
HM 7: Human, 7 o'clock position

Infi should of went knights and mortar insted of breaker and mortar. and Infi does a way worst job than sky and preventing NE expo from going up.
