The character collection reference in the video scares me a little. I did that in ME3, and while I enjoyed that game, I don't want to do it again. It better be a small/minimal part of ME3 and not 80% of the story like it was in ME2.
@rotorite86 What I know is that there will be come character recruitment, but not much. You do like missions for people like Miranda. If you see her on a planet you like help her with her problems, and then I guess she'd help you in the end when you're fighting the final reaper(s).

It's probably done that way for dramatic effect, if they used a subtle attack mode like seeker swarms it would be less impressive for a trailer.

What has to ME3 be like to be PERFECT (which has not been corrected yet AFAICS): Better and more polished interface. Full 100% real-time cutscenes to avoid that crappy rough transition between prerecorded and real-time. Shepard's movements when she's a female to look female and not unfitting huge man like. When in overshoulder camera, let Shepard rest his arms a little, not pointing all the time, looks awkward. Nudity, romance not censored or toned down. WAY better facial animations.

MASS EFFECT 3 AAAARRRRRRRGGGGGGHHHH! Mass Effect 2 is like one of my most favourite game ever and i loved all the characters, combat and locations in it and the ending was so epic my heart was actually beating pretty fast. Mass effect 3 better not disapoint!
I am worried that they are going to cut out having different species of aliens as permanent squad members like for instance a krogan, drell, salarian, Legion, and any other aliens that are new that could be incorporated into the game.

But Legion and Garrus were both in the demo, and BioWare is usually good with their characters at least, so I doubt they'll remove characters that everyone liked, like Tali to any extent. @TheEaterOfBabies yes they did change the soldier class what they did was every class besides soldier can only hold up to three weapons of your choice but the soldier can carry all five like ME2 also they added new powers to the soldier which casey hudson said on his twitter so dont worry it will be balanced to be as good as the others

@shooter0078 actually he might not even be there because that was anderson when he is an admiral not the human representative on the council so he may not be there for that sequence depending on your choices and they wouldnt just kill him in the opening moments of the game.

the experience system is almost like in 2, minimal costumization(but it seams that you will hace to use only one point instead of more), personaly I would prefere it being more like the first,except not being able to shoot forward with a weapon (just because you have the first machinegun and you have only 1 pont of ability) this should not return. For weapons a system like in borderlands(getting experience for using one specific that tweeks just a little bit the use of the weapon)

why is liara wearing old lady clothes ? i hope we get to change her armor with something sexy and sleek, i hated the ME2 companion armor options with 2 different colors, and the appearance packs DLC were super lame.

the experience system is almost like in 2, minimal costumization(but it seams that you will hace to use only one point instead of more), personaly I would prefere it being more like the first,except not being able to shoot forward with a weapon (just because you have the first machinegun and you have only 1 pont of ability) this should not return. For weapons a system like in borderlands(getting experience for using one specific that tweeks just a little bit the use of the weapon)
