  • Ur fantastic

  • Every considered becoming the Second Tarrega?

  • Always right on the mark.

  • how did you decide you wanted to play classical guitar? did you start from a young age or did you play another form of guitar and one day decide "i want to play classical!"

  • A pleasure to listen. Thank you Ana Elisa for sharing !

  • This piece is generally played faster (and a bit less mechanically) with certain notes accentuated..

  • Now whatching this piece too, and it seems to me I will not stop until listen over all other pieces, cause your every single composition is so brilliant and driving! Good job!

  • Absolutely beautiful...I could listen to it over and over again. I'll be adding this Tarrega piece to my repertoire.

  • Perfection- that is all I can say- I shall feature it on my profile

  • Is this guitar is your usual jean-mairet ? sounds as good as the swiss one.

  • Hi. No, this is an Alhambra P10 that i borrowed when my own was to service. Very nice guitar but not like my Swiss one... :-)

Sorry Anders... (that loaned me the guitar)

    Per-Olov

  • @AndanteLargo Wonderful playing Mr. Kindgren! You are one of my greatest inspirations. What grade would you classify this piece?

    Thanks,

    Peter

  • @ioyaa The sound-record-equiptment is just as important when recording !

(The guitars will sound much more different when heard real-live)

  • Wonderful playing!

    "All Lefts Reversed" Funny.

  • beautiful

  • Great rendition! I'm learning this piece at the moment and it's interesting to hear different versions.

Question about the sequence of harmonics at the end: are you using i to press the harmonic point, m to pick the string, leaving p free to play the last two bass notes? My transcription doesn't give any detail as to how this should be played.

  • Beautiful interpretation! Curious as to what you use for recording...?

  • AndanteLargo, I really loved the way you expressed the piece that Tarrega composed, and because I felt your interpretation so deeply, I looked for the sheet music and I found that in this paper exist the 32 to 47 bars that I don't hear in your interpretation, but even so, I liked the measure that you gave to the piece, It sounds as a master piece from a genius,

  • Dear Per..

I was wondering where I could find sheet music for classical guitar...

Your reply would be greatly appreciatedf(:

And thanks for the honor of hearing this beautiful masterpiece you call music...

  • Hi there,

Thank you for your kind comment.

You can find many pieces on my own web shop at

per-olovkindgren(com) go to Sheet music and tab...

    Kindly,

    Per-Olov

  • Good stuff. I just finished my guitar undergrad in may. You're an inspiration to keep working on it.

  • Thanks a lot! I am honored to be able to inspire you. Please keep listening to me and keep playing!

    Per-Olov

  • thank you , its nice to hear someone who cares about the music for a change.Dont stop

  • What God given inspiration and talent you have - I think what makes you so great is that you combibe your talent and really, really play from the heart. Your soul comes through comes through on You Tube the way you play. It must be amazing to feel what must be going through your body and mind. Man, you are really good. Thanks for posting these classical pieces. I love all of them!

  • Hi Peo

Really beautiful sound, your guitar sounds amazing :-) who has build the guitar?

    Cheers,

    Anders

  • Dear Anders. Thank you! This old thing? Oh, it's nothing! I found it on the street. Someone didn't want it and I picked it up. Isn't it the one you have at home now? Alhambra 7p or something like that!

(no seriously: it's a great guitar I borrowed from a good friend when mine was repaired. A very good guitar!)

    Peo

  • Fine music, also is played with greater feeling and expressiveness! It is remarkable!

  • Pia, you are one of the finest guitarists I have ever heard; such tone and expression. Though it costs me nothing to hear you play on Youtube I would gladly pay to hear you perform otherwise.

  • WOW! That is soooo good to hear!! I am very happy for this! As a classical guitar professor, I want to be inspiering!

    Kindly,

    Per-Olov

  • Hi Per, I didn't realise I never commented on this. It's soo beautiful! Your playing is really deep-felt; Senor Tarrega definitely put a Bach cd on before he composed this I think! LOL

I'm starting to study this now, I hope you will like my rendition too, your's is absolutely stunning!

    All the best!

    Jasper

  • Thanks Jasper. Bach Cd before composing this... LOL great thought!

I will be looking forward to hear your version of this. i am sure it will be beautiful!

    Good luck!

    Per

  • I just had another comment on my Lagrima. She told me she doesn't like my interpretation and prefers yours.

Now I'm angry, how dare she!! lol

Just being compared to you is an honour!

    Jasper

  • I'm sorry Jasper. I really like yours a lot! Don't listen to her. :-)

    Take care and keep posting!

    Per-Olov

  • hey peo!

. i purchased your interpretation of "air" by bach a while back off of a website. i was wondering if you had this magnificent piece on that same sight and if so, what was the name of the website?!?!?

    thanks

  • Hi there! Thanks for buying my music at editionglobalmusic(com)! Appreciated! No I don't have this there. I might this spring...

    Kindly,

    Per-Olov

  • I always watch you before I start to work in a piece and I notice that you figure your own fingerings. I try your fingerings and are much more delicate and soft to play. The first measures of this piece you play them your own way, but originally they are all played b/w seventh and ninth frets, but I really enjoy the sound you get with your fingerings and once I play them, I understand you ways and is much more pleasant. The song flows Amazingly. Very beautiful piece. Thanks a million.

    Juan.

  • Hola Juan,

Thank you. My teacher, Per-olof Johnson, taught me to make "musical fingerings". It's very important... and difficult.

    Glad you liked it!

    Kindly,

    Per

  • Thank you for answering. I also notice that when you play, your right hand plays the strings moving from the bridge and closer to the neck and somehow you control the tone of the sound. I recently started to do this and the difference is great. Thanks again!

  • Thank you very much for sharing you beautiful playing. I just started learning this piece and wanted to hear it played correctly. Wonderful tone and interpretation.

  • Thank you for listening. And commenting. I hope you will learn it because it's a beautiful piece.

    Kindly,

    Per

  • Always an excellent performance. Much enjoyed.

  • Thank you! Appreciated! i replied to this before but it's gone... sorry!

    Kindly,

    Per

  • Thank you for your comment(s) Appreciated. I will think about what you say! Keep playing!!

    Per

  • this was really good. but this is Tarrega. it is not a romantic song. nneds more slides. but other wise I really admire your variation. I specially like the sound of your guitar. which is it if I may ask.

  • Congratulations very nice!! you should listen to Narciso Yepes interpretation =) do you know where can i get the partiture?

  • ur rely great peo
