It helps to put your headphones on and turn the music up and focus on the music, then you don't think about all the people around you. Just focus on one person at a time.. I'm not always this way.. most of the time, but it does come and go.. I go to the store.. and about 4 times a month I get so nervous that I feel like I'm soaked in sweat by the time I get out of there.. I just want out of there. I feel.. trapped.. I want friends and I hate people at the same time.
