  • Since they were unable to make the connection between the surface run-off pollutants and the way Rarotonga discharges is bio-waste the only thing left to do is blame Global Warming.....Wait a second, Climate Change, on the deteriorating conditions in this lagoon. Lets not forget the removal of the filter-feeders in the lagoon either. Folks....This "Changing Climate" gambit is fraud.
