I live in Texas. When I graduated from college we all saw a notice on the bulletin board about going a union. The notice was asking for signatures from the recent graduates. Right next to that notice was a long list of every single employer in our field who said they would not hire anyone on that list. The list said that anyone on that list wouldn’t be able to work in any of the firm’s listed for our field. It was every single employer in our field. Texas is a “right to work state.”
Thanks for the UNIONS, most of our jobs are in China, Mexico, and Korea, Thank you Unions for that! Yep, now their people will work for $2.00/hour and get the job done at the expense of American workers! Thank God I work for a private non-union company and make good money, fully paid health insurance while most of the Union work force are sitting on the bench waiting for work. Please do not get me wrong in days before OSHA, state laws and federal government laws, we did need Unions.
@BearcubFromDC ...and a fair wage.....and employee rights...and collective bargaining...and child labor laws...and THE MIDDLE CLASS!... NEVER forget it!...without a union, you have no voice!

Time for someone to make another movie like this, to remind everyone what they're voting away when they vote tea-publican.

A brilliant performance. She won the Big Three in 1979: Academy Award, Golden Globe and Palme d'Or at Cannes Festival.
