@crazygirl7456 for the nail dotting tool, you can use a toothpick and make a dent on the end of it, dip it in the nail polish and your good to go :)

for the tiny brush, you can use an old liquid eyeliner brush or anything with a fine tip.

@hollayy23 you can take a tooth pick or a bobby pin (personal favorite out of the two) and you bend the bobby pin so that the two little ball things on the ends are sepreated. dip the end with the ball thing into the black polish, and you have a disposable dotting tool :)
