The previous version Cube (Z11) looked much better and more original although they did retained the rear fridge-opening door to give it its best unique point. Guess the next generation Nissan March/Micra will be using the same chassis/platform as they did for the previous Cube...

My first impression is a customized xB, and not a very exciting job of it. The asymmetric rear window is mildly interesting, and the interior is pleasant, but the wheels and paint are boring. Thumbs down.

Actually, the cube was released in Japan before Toyota created the Scion brand and released the xB in the US. It's interesting how Toyota brought their version to the US first and now the Cube is being compared to the xB.

Hate to be such a negative Nancy, but that is the ugliest car Nissan has ever built and seriously doubt it will have any success...the boxy 'get-around' car segment is already dominated by the Element and xB, this thing doesn't stand a chance...sad to say that about a Nissan......

It has a very quirky off-beat design, just like the Volkswagen Rabbit/GTI - Smart Fortwo - and Saab 9-3; it's so boxy that I think I kind of like the concept, reminds me of an xB before Scion messed it up by making it bigger
