  • Kids usually stick to the bench which is much easier than dumbells. I cycle back and forth and can tell you dumbells are much harder. I've only been lifting six months and bench 60 lb dumbells(120 lbs total), but i can bench 140 on the barbell press. If robert is benching 110's he can most likely do much more on the barbell bench. Go Robert!

  • there s a bias against veganism by most people in our society, its a subconscious bias. Just think of all the blissfull crap people would have to give up by becoming vegans, it would be a form of suffering, lol. It takes a while for paradigm shift to take hold.. o_0

  • Impressive for a vegan, although its hard to tell much about his conditioning based on this one set. I never was able to have as much sucess on this diet. I think, from what he has said on his other videos, he is 31. I am 44 and have been doing 95s for 3-4 rounds for eight reps(with other exercises in between) on my heavy day to work on power. I have yet to try a one set max like this. I normally do Crossfit for conditioning.
