LOL...idiot. Flags can be displayed BOTH ways. If you look at the USA Olympic Baseball team, the flag on their uniform sleeve is displayed the SAME way as President Bush. Also, many military uniforms display the flag the same way.

The U.S. Flag Code passed into law in 1942 clearly states the star field must be in the upper left.

It also says that the flag is NOT to be used to decorate athletic uniforms. The U.S. Olympic team is technically in violation of the code.

'failure' is probably one of those clowns who paint the American Flag on garbage cans thinking it's patriotic, but in fact it's a worse abomination than burning one.

And even if the Code DID mention something about "when holding a flag up," Sec. 178 says that the President can modify, alter, repeal, or add to the rules and customs (if he wanted to)! Read the Code rather than just following everybody else and calling people "soooo" stupid.
