The dog was dead waaaay before impact. If you use your brain you would've noticed the front rider was inexperienced and didn't maneuver fast enough to get out of the way. The dog already had it's legs up and then the 2nd rider wich was more experienced hit it at about the same speed but was able to maintain his balance.
