Has anyone had any issues with poor bluetooth quality? e.g Music keeps skipping when iphone is in pocket also if you walk in front of speaker and device the music skips to. This is my 2nd speaker as I thought there was a fault with the first.

You my need to update the unit. You need the cord and it can be downloaded from their site.

looks like this solution is actually in the bose manual under poor sound quality - well i suppose no sound could be described as poor sound quality - poor manual great sound

Holding the mute button for 10 sec fixed my problem.
