goa is in south west and hence u can consider it as south . it is definately not central india. the language is mistly konkani which has it's origin from indo-aryan script hence it is not considered south but racially and geogrpahically more towards south. Same case with maharahtra
To me the question itself does not make any sense. If I understand it correctly, there is no division as such North India or South India and there is no boundary set between north india and south india. Then how can we say how many states are there in south india.
The knowledge of North Indians about South Indian is as bad as the knowledge of South Indians about North India, if not worse. The video was hilarious nevertheless.
