I did this same exercise with 45 pound weights in each hand. Forarms got very tired, but got very big as a result. My butt was great. I noticed a 500% increase in attention that I got from girls. A great butt is a huge chick magnet, assuming your fit everywhere else as well.
Whoa..this guy does have a nice butt..at least size wise. But if you want to grow its not just enough to keep on doing high reps like this..one must increase the weight a bit too. I generally dont praise easily..lol and thats cause i have one f the best butts around...but this guy's size did seem impressive.
