Hey I'm new to Calligraphy but I was looking on some websites and found a dipping pen and I'm a Harry Potter fan so I looked into it I don't know how to write this fancy writing so i looked on youtube and found this video

Is the resevoir the part that slips on behind the nib, and is smaller? This helps a ton. Thanks!

Speedball pens have fixed reservoir (I think that was a Speedball calligraphy pen :))
