  • Nice shooting check out my videos there not particularly long range but there very small targets ;) and slow motion

  • cobbler!

  • some good long range shots..crikey.....with a 12 ft rifle..hats off to you mate...great shooting.

  • @dick2478 Thanks Dick i appreciate your fine comment,i did want to try further but im afraid to say i sold the fenman a few months ago:/ as im now going full on with my firearms although i will be getting an AA s410 i hope within the year and do a home made bullpup stock for it,then i can shoot from my car on the farm and on my other permission, not sure how much further a 12ftlb .22 would travel with reasonable accuracy?

take care mate & happy shooting :)

  • @ARCEYE78 goodluck on the firearm arceye...what rifle r u getting mate....on ticket.

  • @dick2478 Thanks,I shoot practical target with both .22lr & shotgun, prob is without FAC i can only use a sec 2 shotty which limits me to 2+1 in breech so to keep my speed up i need to shoot 2 load 2 but once i get my FAC i will be getting a sec 1 remington 1100 with a min 8x shot magtube & i have a stainless Ruger 10/22 with a black Choate pistolgrip stock & 2x25rnd mags held for me ready when i get my FAC,both to be further modded for weight, looks & response,i'll get vids up asap, cant wait :)

  • @ARCEYE78 lol thanks dick!

  • i hoping to do that with my .22 rinfire this summer at 350 yards i done it before cheers sean good shooting buddy :-)

  • @Seandolanireland Well i do hope there are pots n pans downrange LOL!! and i expect to see a vid too X),Cheers Sean :)

  • @ARCEYE78 o yes i have them in hiding lol i going to use full coke cans to proof i hit tham at that 350 years shot :-)

  • hi great shooting i am just wondering what pellets do you use

  • @TheHuntershooter Thankyou, well for this longer range shooting i use the heavier H&N FTT which are about 14gr also AA diabolo field work very well but these are for my rifle,H&N usually work well in most rifles.

  • I realy like your creation...;) it looks superb. and your shooting is impressive as well

    cheers

  • @VonDrott Thankyou mate,i appreciate your nice comment, most guys refuse to believe this is possible.

  • @ARCEYE78 i know its possible, i have seen things been shot down from even farther distances. not to say that what you did whas easy or anything, it whas a very good shot. A friend of mine here on youtube have been shooting down things from over 200 meters...;) thats one of my personal goals with my hatsan AT44-10 take care friend.

    VonDrott

  • @VonDrott Nice...AT44, a good youtube friend of mine hatsan38 also uses one of these to great effect, i would love to see more vids of longer range shooting, are you talking about Krysk by any chance with his FAC bullpup?,another good guy to know :)

  • @ARCEYE78 sorry to say that i dont now any krysk. but my friend here on youtube is EdgunUSA... he is a great guy. as i am sure krysk also is. there are alot of good hunters and shooters out here..;)

  • @VonDrott Oh yes Edguns vids are extreemly good and what a beautiful rifle.

  • @ARCEYE78 and i will se what i can do about some long range shooting myself..;) i just have to get my scope properly sighted in..;) i have a bench rest comming to me in a few days perhaps. take care friend

  • Phenominal shooting mate - its so difficult to use a springer sub 12 ftlbs at this range - and a.22 as well - Man I take me hat off to you sir , it would be a bloody tricky shot with an FAC rated HW 100 in .177 cal - but using your sub 12 .22 fenman is just amazing .

  • awsome vid bud! and to the two twats that thumbed down this video yall aint getting shit for christmas but a big ol' bag of frosty the snowmans shit!

  • @1gamoguy Chers mate,LOL!!! frosty's poo in their face X)

  • @ARCEYE78 hahaha! yea i thought you would like that touch of frosty i threw in there

  • excellent mate. i have great respect for videos and i know my self how difficult

it is to do this shooting with 12ft/lb and .22cal. i have commented on you other videos

and shown the at the air rifle club and we are now doing long range shooting with 12/lb air rifles as a new sport. at the club. it is a lot easer with a scope with a FT

Reticle as the aim points go all the way down the reticle. not the best scope eg

nikko targetmaster FT Reticle, and the one i use mtc taipan 4-16x50 thanx

  • @zippy5081Thats brilliant news,to make it a proper shooting discipline, people dont realise how hard it is to shoot an air rifle long range, many times more difficult than a fullbore rifle, for me to shoot at this range would be at a guess equivilant of shooting a 223 @1000 mts+,please keep me updated on how it goes, yes the mildot is a pain& i should of packed the scope more to use the dots,i want to know how far my.22 can go as i have not seen anyone go further yet, what distance is your range?

  • ...And your pike of nigger raping doggshit who has no life;))

  • @BitsFan LOL!!! your so funny geekboy XD

  • Oh and your Homosexual"XD XD. ....FAGGOT!

  • @BitsFan LOL!!! ok whatever you say,any more trolling comments up your sleeve as you really dont offend me X)

  • range and Velocity. Now fack off, Shut up Go on with your shitty live AND I WONT BE RESPONDING ANYMORE! Fack off!

  • @BitsFan OOOOOOH so angry lol!!,you started this you little prick, nothing better to do obviously LOL!! bye bye you skinny little shit X)

  • Ekin=1/2*m*v^2

    12=0.001*v^2

    12000=v^2

    340=v

SO the speed is 340m/s ;DDD (i think this is 100% Bullshit)

  • @BitsFan LOL!! Ignorance is bliss eh geekboy,i could not give a shit if you beleive this or not you loser XD,its very simple to work out this is fact just by the time it takes for the pellet to reach the target so get back to your silly little bubble XD

  • @BitsFan oh btw it took the pellet just over 1.40 seconds to reach its target@ 511 feet with a muzzle velocity of 621fps and dont forget to take into account friction slowing the pellet down so work it out for yourself you muppet LOL!!!Better still see if you have the ability to do it yourself.....nah i very much doubt it as your better at typing trolling bullshit and making really shit vids of you struggling with a shotgun you weedy little shit LOL!! XD XD

  • thats cool

  • i can shoot it, but i went straight to PCP so its a right battle lol.

i have the mk1. i dont think it looks that bad :-/ but then again i dont really care how it looks lol. to me its a tool, a good one. sup 1 inch groups at 80 yards. what mods you fancy? i fancy a quick fil but there alot of money.

  • Good shooting! i just got a .22 evolution, i struggle to get pas 40 yards lol. i leave my long range shooting to the rapid

  • @QRichTee thanks mate, evo eh the fenmans replacement, nice one,how do you find it as some dont like or cant shoot a gas ram to get the best out of it?

LOL!! yeah PCP is so much easier to shoot and will get one in a year or so and also a rapid mk1 but with some heavy mods as they look shite as standard but shoot so damn well :)

  • nice vid but wot do u recon would happen to a crow if shot at that range??

  • @MrFREDANG thanks mate ...well i personally think its a big no no as even if you could hit the crow it would have to be a headshot and that would be near impossible shot, anywhere else and the crow would be a little shocked and just laugh at you,the cans were pierced on only one skin from what i can remember and i think one was all the way through but cans are light so start to move on impact,if fixed to ground then pellet would go through both skins,

  • @MrFREDANG in my 87mtr vid the pellet went through a sweetcorn can and they are quite thick :)

  • I really like your vids.

And this vid just go's to show that if you dont push your bounderies "how far do you know you can go"

  • thanks, i never thought a .22 12ft/lb airgun could shoot this far let alone hit cans accurately, i will go further now once the crops are cut harvest and try for 200mts but i think that may be just too far....we'll see :)

  • these are the kind of shots me and my uncle used to pull off when shooting wabbits people dont believe you when you tell them" but it is qiet possible WELL DONE ARCEYE78 very impressed!

  • thankyou solomon, yeah some people do find it hard to believe but i think those are the ones that are just not capable of these kind of shots due to lack of skill or patience but we know these shot are possible just not easy :)

  • where in england are you... im from england ( sunderland) but live in southern california :)

    i have a beeman rx2 model 1075

    dual caliber

    .177 & .22

the fact your hitting that with a .22 that isnt as powerfull as mine is even more amazing... gj how many hits out of 10 when your zero'd or dialed in ?

  • Ah ya lucky git im from Essex & getting sick of the cold :(as for how many hits it was not many as you can tell i could not use the mildots on the scope and also using scope cam which really messes things up as you cant shoulder the rifle so it was also luck as well as judgment on this shoot, on average i remember hitting about 1 in 3,i really needed to pack the back of the scope up another shim so i could use the mildots but it was a perfect windless day shortly ending so time was against me :)

  • when the spring/summer arrives i'll have another go with a proper camcorder zoomed onto the target to leave me and rifle free, i also could do with a spotter to tell me where my shots are falling as when it was dry it was great as dust would kick up to indicate misses so i could easily compensate, i suppose i could use a huge target say 4ftx4ft, mmmm i may have to knock a frame up out of alluminium that folds up for a target holder, thats got me thinking now lol!!

  • if this is 170 yards and you hit, so in the compo it'll be just 70, so it'll be easy for you mate lol

  • this shoot was bloody hard work mate, it took me ages to get my zero but it was amazing when i got my mark XD, hoping for good weather this weekend and have a go at some targets.

  • i do this too i love long range and trajectory dialing in

    i hit a 5inch by 5inch target at 100 yards

    with my beeman

  • nice one mate, get it on vid and share with us as i'd love to see more long range airgun work :)

  • yeh i know mate... its where the real skill is

    i dont hunt

i hit small shit from long range

  • good shooting, i don't think that i can do it, maybe i will try, after i will change the spring

200 meters, but still then, you are the best !

  • with practice you should be able to,also depending on the rifle, im not that up on your rifle, how accurate is it, what is the factory tested groups?

thank you for the great comment :)

  • from 40 yards it's can made very nice group, in fact, weihrauch and theoben springers are the best

  • So true mate they are the best and you can't beat the recoil feeling :)

happy shooting and i'll check you latest vids as soon as poss :)

btw any luck with the corrosion issues with you HW?

  • you ask if i take care of the probs?

  • yes, any luck?

  • not at al mate, i will send him to 360 care

  • Great video,great shooter!

    5!

  • thankyou my friend....anymore vids planned?

  • maybe... we have bad weather right now(strong wind),if it will be less

I try do something ineresting ;)

    Salute!

  • maybe something explosive LOL!!....i would but i have nowhere to do it.....come to think of it yes i have :)??? mmmmm guy fawkes coming up soon too haha .

  • can i be your spoter

  • LOL!! yeah no probs mate :)

  • good shootin there mate does anyone here know why it is when i shoot a target and get bullseyes then i will shoot at another target same distance but maybe six inches to the left of the one im bulling .... then i dont hit the bull it groups but the sightings gone out!! anyone know why is it to do with the lens curve on the telescoopic sights i just dunno help me here plse

  • Thanks britelite well sounds like you have a similar prob as me and it was loose stock bolts :o(what rifle do you have again?) otherwise check scope for movement if all is well then if you have a recoiling rifle then technique can play a big part as you will need to hold the rifle in exactly the same way for each shot to get good consistancy otherwise if all is good then its gonna be your scope what is it and how old?

  • hi mate thnaks 4 info , the stock bolts are ok and the tele mounts are all tight also back pinned to stop creeping ,the scopes a nikko sterling mountmaster ao 3-9x 40. with adjustable parallax but it does.t see to make any dofference what setting i use , probably a bit naff ahh well cheers mate :)

  • do you know anyone who could lend you a scope then you could tell if yours is broken if there's is good :)

  • Hi mate any luck with your rifle zero problems?

  • hi mate sorry for delay in replying been a bit busy, no i tied another scope the sametype and i still get it going out when i put a target just a few inches up down left or right of origianl set up target, all i can think is the lens curve!, its got me this one, good head shot on that last vid mate with the fezz, tricky shot that too in low light as well, i would have missed i rek.

  • i cant remember what rifle you have,if its a springer technique plays a big part as you may be holding it too tight rather than a loose grip & the same every time,if pcp & everything is tight try to soft clamp the rifle & try another group if its still off zero try another type of pellet as guns can be fussy...mine is:). thanks for the phes comment,it was bloody tricky as i respect these beautiful birds&did not want to miss and cause suffering even then i was shooting a moving target....phew!!:)

  • hi mate yeh my guns a hw80k, i use a hw57 and hw98k as well they all do the same thing they all have the same scope a nikko sterling, i only try to hold the guns lightly and use high quality variety of pells, i find logan penetrators the best but their dear non of my guns have open sights to try either ah well :)

  • mmm tricky one that...if they all do it then i can only assume its the way you hold the rifle, also now that your aware of a problem maybe your overcompensating without realising?your rifles are top quality so thats not an issue, maybe let someone else who shoots spring air rifles have some zero time with yours to see how their groups are, please dont think im being paronising with anything i say as im not sure how much shooting experience you have:) do you support the fore end with a flat hand?

  • hi cheers mate , naa i don't think your bein patronizing, just glad 4 some advise, yeh in fact i shoot with my pal his guns are the 57 and 98k i own the 80, he has the same prob as me, we use a bipod or something to lean on too iv'e been shooting on and off 30yrs we think its the scopes but we have a prob with this with a scoped hw45 pistol too mybe we're gerrin old :)) the hw45 scopes a different make btw,

  • LOL!!! do you have the tremmors?:) im really stumped mate,i have my bad days maybe your having yours?my worst day was when i missed a magpie from 25mts! & i was aiming for its frickin chest,5mins later he landed again AND I MISSED AGAIN AAAAAAAAAGH!!!yet i can shoot a fekin pheasants head bobbing up and down at 25-30mts,i would of rather shot that bloody maggie,i will get them feckers as payback for the baby chick....THERE WILL BE BLOOD!!:) magpie deeks on my xmas list LOL!!, well good luck mate

  • haha the tremors is common with the wine, theres a magpie at the mo that comes around with one leg i'm thinking of popping it one or take the other off lol, i was juss lookin at the baby starling i think a .22 pell will deffo do the trick 4 those maggies

  • as im out of idea's hope you get it sorted and not go to the DARK SIDE(PCP) DIRTY THINGS THEY ARE,GUNS FOR BABIES THEY ARE, MAKE YOU LAZY THEY WILL :)

  • sorry about the spelling there hehe

  • Ooooh yeah thanks mate im glad you mentioned that again as i was going to ask you about it, i'll def check it out,and if it can take your firearms then it will have an easylife on my fenman,im gonna have a look right now :)

  • tidy shot mate

  • great video phil, 5*

  • thanks james:)...long time no hear , hows your shooting/hunting going?

  • Nice one, are you using your s200? i haven't been to my HFT club for a while now as i have been enjoying hunting on my sundays and tomorrow im hoping to hunt for pheasants, will try for a vid too:)

  • yes, i havnt shot it in about 3 weeks, hope its alright, i worry too much phil. lol.

Hey, i just got my dream knife yesterday, is a BCNW 01 knife by mike lummio, its so cool, perfect knife for bushcraft, are you into knives

  • i love em for their looks and also use but i love sculpted metal and quality knives are a pleasure to look at and hold :) i have a few of my own also have made a big knife which is in my vids and i have almost finished a stainless steel trench knife and its fooking georgeous if i do say so myself LOL!! just got to polish it and i'll upload a vid:)

  • cool, cant wait

  • gotch ya lol nice vid mate 5*

  • Thanks Sam..good to hear from ya:)

  • yeh not bad... not many woodys but still doing the odd plinking around... u?
