I lived there until I was 18 and joined the Navy back in 1995. Now I'm in Seattle. Every year I tell myself I'm going back. It's hard to describe what a great place it is to grow up.
Moved to Abington at age 5 in 1951. Started school the next year, and was lucky enough to go all the way through to 12th grade. It was a great town to grow up in. How many people at age 62 can say they have had so many friends for 56years? Much has changed in Abington, but my memories won't.
in the beginng whith the entering sign, its on a hill. if you go down im the first house on the right. im right across the street from the golf course.

Since this video Beaver Brook Playground has since been restored by myself with a lot of help from the Abington Rotary Club.
