@lenoer1077 He's brain dead. The Lazarus Reflex occurs because the specific nerves moving his arms aren't connected to his brain, but the spine. The brain can't take over control unless it needs to. Anyway, because he's connected to equipment keeping his body alive, his body can still function. So, while he's brain dead, the Lazarus reflex causes his arms to move.
