  • 1:53 epic jack bruce's face

  • So weird to see clapton with a les paul and this hair

  • If you are faking it, why the need for amps?

  • Watch the blog

    ttp://plaza.rakuten.co.jp/neco1104/

  • Im going to see Claptton this Monday!!!

  • @MrSpartan259 Remember to bring a pillow... zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

  • Simplemente fantastico

  • Shit Hot Drumming :)

  • very very song

  • One of the greatest bands, to me.

  • theyre out of synch cos the album track has been laid across the film

  • @tim60s321 Not many bands played live on Television back then.

  • This CAME OUT OF 1967!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!???????????

  • Jack and Bass VI lol. Those are awesome

  • clapton had his hair afro'ed to be like Hendrix .who more popular in england

at that time. just read it in a book.

  • wheres the bass?

  • @AFIEBHC Jack plays bass, it's a Fender Bass VI

  • "The" Cream. Nice

Is the film choppy or do they really suck at miming clapping?

  • @embeleshow I think Jack Bruce is doing it on purpose. He starts clapping out of time (his hands are up when there's a clap and it's not hard to clap in time), he's sticking out his tongue when he obviously can't be singing, smiling a lot...he was that kind of guy. On the "Strange Brew" video at the Beat Club they do better as Clapton is singing and Baker's drums are more in sync. I think Bruce was too talented to screw up simple clapping! Lol.

  • To this very day I swear that Jack Bruce was one of THE FINEST singers in the history of Rock!

  • I wish I could be apart of something like this

  • Unfortunately this is lip synched, not live. Shame really.

  • Was Eric rockin' the White Guy Afro, or was Eric rockin' the White Guy Afro?

  • @darrinbaker00 that was the "Obligitary Hendrix perm"

  • am i the only one who thinks the beginning sounds like american woman (guess who)??

  • @erwinruys no dude, i actually thought the guess who had just taken that bit of the tune..

  • loved this!!!, makes me feel good!

  • 1967......times were the best.

  • slacks and sweater on e. c. don't get no better!!!!!!

  • pause at 1:54

    Jack Is The Man!!!!

  • they hated eachother and played together for years lol

  • look at eric! that fucker is so good he didn't even need an amp chord awsome!!!!

  • @gribbstone234 That comment really cracks me up! He's THAT awesum X)

  • @CloudWalkBeta just finished e.c.s' biography . pretty interesting! cream, blind

faith and dereck and the dominoes all those bands were over by like 73.

he went from hard drugs to heavy booze when the 501or whatever album

came out. then he had nothing left to do but be a businessman.....

also read his wife Pattys' book she had a slightly different take.

  • Its a shame they didnt last.What a band

  • That's probably dubbed, this shit JB is playing is not a bass guitar. Seriously. It's not a six stringed bass guitar, it's a regular guitar.

  • @libernull It's a Fender Bass VI.

That said they are definitely miming and I'm pretty sure that's not a Bass VI on the recording.

  • why is jack bruce slapping a guitar and not a bass?

  • @thewho12344

Its a Fender Jazz VI bass, that came with a wammy bar.

  • @STSA009 a jazz bass with six guitar strings?

  • @STSA009 @thewho12344 The name is Fender VI, not Fender Jazz VI.

  • It'd be nice if this were live... but you can't win em all I guess.

  • Eric and Jack are so cool here! haha :D

  • It's not Cream, it's THE Cream lol.

  • L ove

    S pace

    D rifting

  • The Super Group of the 60's, no 3 man band ever came close.

  • 1:55 Epic

  • Nowadays jack bruces face looks like wet leather

  • jack bruce maestro!

  • Best Guitarist of all Time!!

  • @GrungeRocker1000 hell yea! clapton rocks!

  • tabs?

  • @bobakalushbobakalush check out ultimate guitar it has loads i mean loads of tabs on there

  • louiedovey you suck balls

  • Shit solo.

  • thats lots of rings on claptons hand. it looks like he robbed jewelry shop.

  • Great drummer Ginger Baker

  • Awsome!

  • Clapton's chin is weak

  • this song make me feel free

  • it's funny how in there early days everyone called them "THE" Cream

  • Ginger is awesomely smiling!

  • @syrennn looks like hes having fun

  • haha, you can clearly see that they are having a blast fuckin up the miming..

Jack makes me laugh "OUT LOUD" in the tongue thingy...

  • @Mortslake That's why I love this video. Jack Bruce is clapping out of time, sticking his tongue out...hilarious. Eric looks kind of uncomfortable, Ginger's in some world with this silly smile. It doesn't seem like they're taking it very seriously. (Miming was pretty lame.) Bruce had great vocals...Cream, one of the best short-lived bands!

  • is it me or does clapton look like paul whitehouse?suites you sir .ohh.

  • ginger is a bit out of sync

  • Jack Bruce was hot...

  • @xcinthyas I thought I was the only one who thought that... hahaha! :)

  • @beachcomber614 i thought the same haha

  • @xcinthyas

    and an EXCELLENT singer!!!

  • Great band of the time, its a pitty Ginger baker is out of sync on the drums as mime goes.

  • 1967 and we are looking on it .... never be forgotten

  • This must be the only footage of Clapton playing a Les Paul, well a vintage one.

  • I love this song. This was the song that introduced me to Cream, I think I saw this same footage on some history of rock and roll show and it blew me away. The next day I owned their greatest hits, and pretty soon I owned all their albums.

  • Is Jack playing a guitar?

  • Nope. He's playing a baritone guitar which works like bass guitar.

  • no, it's a fender 6 string bass!

  • Bruce is playing a Fender 6 string, which he first got during the Graham Bond days. If you listen to Bond's Live At Klook's Kleek album, you'll hear Bruce taking what at first sounds like a guitar solo on Big Boss Man - it's all in the upper register of the Fender. He also used the Fender during his time with Manfred Mann - he's very up front in the mix on the track Machines.

  • @savannardanto No he is playing a 6 string bass

  • AAAAAAAAARRRGGHHHHHHH!

    epic..

  • Comment removed

  • TIMELESS!

  • pure awesomeness.

  • Nice hairdo, Mr Clapton!

  • ¡¡¡ ERIC CLAPTON IS GOD...!!!

  • what a band... so tight... they shou;d have stayed together longer... still in the greats though... respect...

  • An amazing song from an amazing band!!!!
