    8800 GTX in SLI

430 GTX as a dedicated PhysX engine.

    i7 quad core @ 3.6GHZ, 16 GB ram @ 1600MHZ.

  • @dinnerandashow

    Woops. Meant over 90 FPS @ 1280x1024.

  • Hey, what temps are u getting with the 920 and the dark knight? Will the knight be able to push it to 4Ghz or so? Thanks a lot!

  • I have a dual core 3.8GHZ too

  • fail xD ...my 4 years old pc got 140 FPS average

  • lol at 0:52 .AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

  • I guess, with your settings BUT 2xAA, you would get a S-Rank with the GTX285.

    Still a very good card!

  • my pc is e5200 overclock @3,6ghz 3gb ram with hd4850 video card i got 80fps avg on 1280x1024 and all setting is max out,,,yeah for capcom,,,,

and punch the console with this game

  • @nurulibad Yes, Resident Evil5 on a GTX285 runs better than on any PS3, no doubt--Capcom did a great job!

  • Hey, I got the same game but on my PC only runs at max 25fps does anyone know why??? is it my GPU???

    Specs

    Asus P6TD X58 Motherboard

    PALIT GTS 250 1GB

    6GB DDR3 Corsair Dominator Ram

    Intel Core i7 930 2.80GHz

    1X 2TB WD HDD

    Corsair 850TX PSU

  • @Aguinaldo06 I have overclocked my GPU from C.702 M.900 S.1512 To C.745 M.1000 S.1848 and now I can play with 65fps. so i need to upgrade my GPU.

  • Oh and off course maxed out with a 24' acer 1920x1080 res.

  • This is not what i expected, im running a core i7 also @ 3.8ghz (watch my video) and (2) hd4850's getting no less then 80fps in resident evil, and lets not even compare the prices lol

  • @TheLMTech 16xq aa?

  • @grpace yes "maxed out".

  • @TheLMTech Well it seems you have won. Congrats.

  • @grpace it was just a comment.

  • @TheLMTech Im saying nice job. lol

  • @grpace Beautiful System- I get almost the same exact fps as you on my setup as well everything maxed at 16X-CSAA at 1920X1080 on my 40" Full HD WideScreen LCD. I have a 3.6GHZ Core 2 Quad CPU Cooled by the Zalman 9700 Heatsink driving a GTX 275 OC Ed., 8GB OCZ HPC Reaper-X Memory, 3 Terrabytes Storage in Raid-0, Corsair TX-750 Watt PSU 80% Eff all housed in an Antec 900 Chassis with Dual Displays: 40" +32" Sony XBR Full HD WideScreen LCD's.

  • I was expecting more from your specs on this bench I run the same bench with my amd athlon 2 x4(2.8) 630 6 gb ram , 1.5tb hd gtx 280 and average right around 70fps.....im confused

  • weird, only less then 20 fps more then my notebook @ 1920*1080 =/

  • Resident Evil 5 not love Nvidia, because Nvidia have small FPS then ATi!! I HAVE Geforce GTS 250))

  • i got 72 fps average in 1440x900. with Amd phenom x2 545 and xfx hd 4770. is A teh highest grade for the benchmark or is there a A+?

  • I think there is an optimal rating above an A

  • hey why hav u put vertical synchronisation off???????????

  • Its a benchmark. Whats the point of benching it if its capped a 60 fps some times.

  • nice i bought i7 920, p6t deluxe v2, 6gb ram ddr3 corsair 850W and SAMSUGUNG 1tb using my old 9800gtx+ becasue i wanna wait for dx11 nvidia cards :)

  • how much did the whole rig cost?

  • @voidofidea $1300 after taxes

  • dont mean to bug u or any thing, but wow that cheap, thought it would have been a little more

  • definitly affordable, can i copy u and build 1?

  • @voidofidea Lol, be my guest.

  • crap, above 60fps most of the time!

how much did u get GTX 285 for?

  • @endlessmidnite $335 off newegg awhile ago.

  • what is ur vcore?

  • how to you like your ram???

  • @fatalitypaintball22 Love it! They discontinued my model though. :(

But if your considering ram. ocz is my first choice then corsair :D

  • sweet im geting the 1600 6x2gb 8cl ram ^^ im over killing itlmao!!!

  • my specs

    quad core 2.66

    8800gt 512mb

    4g corsair

when i run games like bioshock, the frames seem to freeze and lag at some parts. Shouldnt my system run the game smoothly?

    Thanks.

  • @kvnyng Hmm it shall be running smooth.

I had the same system before this one and it was fine.

  • How do i make my fps and everything better? i just installed a driver and idk whats up with my system :/

  • @kvnyng Overclock :D

  • what kind of harddrive do you have and where did you get it from plzz tell me the website cause my computer sucks thank you

  • The fps is nuts!

  • Comment removed

  • high settings:

    intel q8200 @ 2,4 ghz

    3 gb ram 1066 mhz

    geforce gtx 260

    and i got between 45-55 fps @dx 10

    great game !

  • Oh Great Video!

i played this game at High like you settings ---

    my specs:

    Nvidia Geforce 9500gt 1gb

    amd sempron 1.8 ghz

and i got like 40 FPS

  • Awesome dude keep up the great work!

    Stanbony

  • Why Thank you.

  • can i play? ati radeon hd 4670 ram 4gv ddr2 processer intel core 3.06 ghz

  • You sure can.

  • max settings? or medium

  • probably medium

  • i was thiinking of getting your card is it a PCI or PCI Express slot?

  • my weapon doesn't have a lesar aim.. how can i get it?

  • Hmm idk if u can. this is a benchmark so it might be special. Benchmarks are not the actual game.

  • It's a hex modifier that you need. Then a third party program to remove the crosshair. Laser aim can only be done in full screen mode.

  • you have some pc.

  • looks very well

  • can you tell me your average with 1280 720. i wanna compare it to my amd phenom x4 9950 BE cpu. my average gets up to 80fps at its peak at 720p. try setting jobthread=4 in config.ini. that can do like a 20fps boost.

  • Sorry I dont have the benchmark anymore. Also at the time I didnt have the latest nvidia drivers.

But I can tell you at 1280x1024 w/ the jobthread I got 100 fps plus if I recall.

    Sorry.

  • now that is strange

I had average 72 fps with that system:

    core i5 @ stock

    4870 1 GB @ stock

    4 GB ddr3 1333

  • Your fps is very low considering your oc'd cpu and high end gpu, etc. I play on same settings except res w/c is one notch lower and i have a GTX275 896mb; AMD x25600 2.9ghz; 4gb OCZ Titanium DDR28000; Corsair TX750w; Emaxx AMD780gPRO mobo and i get a steady average of 74 fps. It cant be bec. your running at 1 notch res higher can it? Somethings wrong with your setup dude.

  • Were u running in 16xaa?

Also you are probably on the newest nvidia driver. when i did this benchmark I was on a old driver hence july 25th it was uploaded.

The new one is much more optimised for re5

  • Can you please do a benchmark and tell me how many fps you get at 1600xsomething with 8x AA?

    I'd be really appreciated, thanks

  • Sorry dude I already deleted the bench mark and it is a really big file and I dont feel like downloading/installing again, but I can guaranteed I would have got 110+ fps cause at 8x aa I got around 110 fps if I can recall on 1920x1080. Also w/ the latest nvidia drivers it should really help cause I did the benchmark on the old ones.

    Sorry, but hope this helps.

  • no problem, thanks anyways

do you recommend the gtx 285? i'm thinking about buying - some suggestions are aaalways welcome :]

  • I love my gtx 285 but if ur in the market for a graphics card atm I would wait for the new dx11 cards as they are right around the corner. ATI's 5780 apparently is coming out sometime this month. So if you wanted the new cards you could buy them also the prices would really come down on the gtx 285.

If your not into waiting and you would like the card no i recommend the ati 4890. It performs similar when overclocked and is about $100 cheaper then the 285.

    Good luck with ur purchase.

  • Thanks, that helps

i have the same opinion about waiting for dx11 xD

  • Np, cant wait to see how the new cards perform my self.

  • Why i cant play it? can anyone tell me why? i cant find the play botton:S

  • Do u mean the actual re5 or just the benchmark. cause u cant play the bench mark.

  • Ohh U cant??.. I Spent half of my day downloading it form internet and its just a demo??

  • Not really its less than a demo is a benchmark, hence the name benchmark. Its sole purpose is for seeing how well your game runs on the system.

  • Is this necesary to play the Pc game? What is this Benchmark anyway? waiting for reply

  • No it it not nessary to play the game. The benchmark just test to see how ur system renders the game. U can get it for free from nvidias site. Hope this helps

  • Thanks, by the way, know what the system really need to play the game? you know, Ram, GB, etc.

    I don't really know those details :s

  • Minimum System Requirements OS: Windows XP Processor: AMD Athlon64 X2/Intel Pentium D series Memory: 1 GB Hard Drive: 8 GB Free Video Memory: 256 MB (ATI Radeon HD 2400/NVIDIA GeForce 6800) Sound Card: DirectX Compatible DirectX: 9.0c Keyboard and Mouse DVD Rom Drive Im not trying to be a jerk but a simple Google search would have worked better next time.
  • LMFAO bull fucking shit you got over 100 fps on the same settings as in this video, I don't fucking believe that for one fucking second ashleyuk1984 with a GTX 260!

  • Whao, that's not bad, but it seems to me like the RADEON HD 4890 runs faster than the GTX 285...

  • Yeah from what other people have said is that the new drivers really improve the fps though for nvidia. I did this one on the old drivers.

The 4890 for the money is a better bang for your buck but the gtx 285 will out perform it.

  • Oh cool. You should do a benchmark using the new nVidia drivers :D

  • Yeah but I really dont feel like downloading the 500mb benchmark again since I deleted it.

    Sorry.

  • That's cool. The download takes forever anyways. Plus, I bet you have better things to do haha. Thanks a lot though.

  • nope the 4890 is more on par with the GTX 275 as the 4870 is on par with the GTX 260!

  • Thats weird. I guess its cause I did this before the new drivers came out. I dont feel like redownloading the benchmark though.

My computer runs great for everything I do.

  • Well did you use a 16xq AA and use 1920x1080 resolution?

    I would like to know.

  • ok i just tried on my 32'' lcd tv and on 1920x1080 maxed out same settings as you and i got 48.2...i'm not showing off or anything i just think is so weird that you have a really awesome pc , 5 times better than mine and you are getting thoose bench...try checking all your drivers or something...your pc is way to good for that..

  • i have ann average of 56.6 with everything maxed out( AA also) on 1680x1050 on a 9800 gtx sli ...i think he got those results because he didn't have the newest nvidia driver (190.62) that gave me a big performance boost...a gtx 285 is more capable than this benchmark result

  • You drove a video card?

  • Assim nao vale, gravou na filmadora, tem que gravar no programa Fraps como todo mundo grava atraves no Fraps ne

  • with windows 7 you will get better fps

  • why?

  • I actually remember reading on vista in games it performs better.

  • ohhh i see why you weren't getting a higher fps rate(c16xq AA)

  • dude i just got this re5 benchmark version is it just like the regular re5 or is it like a demo

  • This video show the most better perfomance in RE5 that the others videos.if only Vsync puts ON its looks MORE BETTER!!!!

  • Great!

  • vcore?

  • 1.28

  • very nice fps thnks for the video

  • Great Benchmark! Good FPS Too!!! 5/5
