Watching that scene with the dancing girls in this movie makes me think of all the other scenes from MST3K movies that have involved litergical dance: "The Mole People", "Colossus vs The Headhunters", "Alien from L.A.", "The Undead", "Godzilla vs Megalon", "The Magical Voyage of Sinbad", "Hercules Unchained", and any others I haven't seen yet. Apparently having half-naked dancing girls in random places is a wish/fantasy of many scriptwriters.

@heartseed Or it's a way to use a couple of minutes of film when you realize that the plot just can't hold up for 1 hour and 20 minutes. :)
But yes, it's amazing how often it was used and knowing my gender any excuse to put scantily clad women in odd positions is acceptable. :)
