I'm not hearing any "electro" in there, but in any case it is definitely not straight up minimal... it sounds more like the recent wave minimal techno... but who cares, Tony Rohr is awesome, I'm always looking forward to his productions, whatever genre people claim he is at the moment....

@ricasa2005 microhouse uses very short melodic samples for its sound while "electro" usually means a pretty distorted melodic synth.... this track features some essence of minimal but there's techno as well....

No sorry this is not bad, but it's not minimal at all....
Maybe microhouse more than electro-minimal.
If you compare this with for example Spastik from Richi Hawtin (pure minimal) is not the same.
