I guess we have to start seing cops, not as humans, but some sort of dangerous animal.

Make no sudden moves, dont talk to fast or to slow or too loud, and when you approach an officer (dangerous animal) do so slowly with your arms extended and palms open and talk in a calm voice.

I used to teach my children(I have 9) to trust "officer friendly," but no more. As Americans, our 4th amendment right to confront our accusers has been severely restricted since the early 90s to the point that neighbors can denounce each other to the State Social Services and immediately be placed on a "child abuse" database as "unsubstantiated child abusers" WITHOUT THEIR KNOWLEDGE. Utah has seen a dramatic rise in police misconduct cases as well.

The cop gave it a direct order to stop crying after they broke into a house and the baby didn"t comply, so they tasered the kid. They later charged the baby with resisting arrest.
