  • @NatWolff43562325461

because it was released in the 1960'sway before modern Tv cable channels like Cartoon Network and stuff existed

  • 1:48 xD LOL I love Ringo! He's my favourite!! <3

  • LOL 5:01!

  • They wanted something worth a fortune for very little money, only the Beatles could ask that : P

  • Bwahaha! perfect ending

  • 1:48, the bust of Ringo.

  • i think thats how julius ceasar looked like

  • HAHA, the two statue stealers remind me of Victor Spinetti and that other guy trying to steal Ringo's ring in the movie Help!

    :-D

  • wouldn't u know it? they finally do a toon of a song where Ringo sings, but they don't bother to SHOW him singing. it's like they didn't want te kiddies to know he could sing, lol

  • 1:50 XD funneh

  • love this song!!! <3 ringo!

  • HAHAHAHA!! poor musica. she got painted, stolen, and then bounced around on buildings!

  • 5:01 to 5:17 LMAO tht is a funny part

  • AHAHAHA. The statue was Ringo. :)

  • Ringinius Starrus Caesar

  • I hope Sir Ringgo Starr and Sir Paul McCartney go here in my country ...

  • ringo is not knighted so you can't call him sir

  • it was just a mistake probably

  • Paul Frees didn't get any credit in this cartoon series as the voice of John and George. Who did the voices of Ringo and and Paul.

  • OMG r these episodes on dvd by any chance n if so where can I buy them?

Also...just wondering, did the Monkees ever have cartoons? I remember looking at some Monkees memorabilia and saw cartoon versions of them but have yet to find any episodes or shorts of it

  • I think they are on DVD. I downloaded these episodes online about three or four years ago, though. You should try to check an online store, perhaps?

The Monkees never had cartoons, sadly. :( There are artists (like meself :P) that draw cartoon versions of them, though. But to my knowledge they had no real cartoon on television, just their TV show.

  • Oh ok......THANK YOU SOOO much for the reply and hopefully I can find episodes on amazon or something.

  • I noticed The Beatles Don't Sound Like The Beatles...

But I like the cartoons all the same

  • lol, i know, right? George starts to sound Indian, then he sounds Irish! :D

These cartoons are so....OFF, I suppose it makes it funny. lol

  • that's because voice actors were hired to play them. i always find that george (or the actor that plays him, at least) sounds drunk in every episode!

  • 1:48 clever XD

  • i would kill for that statue

    why is george irish

  • Ringo (TO STATUE) *shrugs*

  • i love the statue of Ringo

  • Ringo <3

  • George: we're looking for a genuine old statue... something that's worth a fortune

    *Seller smiles evilly*

    Ringo: For very little money....

    GREAT!

  • i like tht mini version of the song at the end LOL XD

  • i wanna hold your hand!

  • hasta en dibujito son lindos jajaj

  • Silly but fun chase scene. At 3:39, funny mating of Beatles' onscreen reaction with John's adlibbed primal scream from the original recording.

  • Great Video!!!

  • How I want that little Beatles-statue in the end! Give it to me! XD

  • Ringo is sexy:)

    i love Ringo

    and Paul too:)

  • "Go, go, you go"! Love the way he says it LOL

  • i love all of the cartoon HILARIOUS!

oh btw what year is this from or about what year

  • lol! this is HILARIOUS! it's funny, but kind of stupid, but hey, it's a cartoon, what can you expect?

  • OMG! Its lik listenin 2 the chipmunks sing a Beatles song!!!! It was Great!!!

  • Liked this one. Was the Luigi guy a cheapskate? I ask this because he kept on smiling greedy-like when it came to money, probably is. IDK

  • that little toy at the end was absolutly hilarious

  • HA! I love Ringo!

  • hehehe

    I like it.

  • i want that singing toy they showed @ the end...

  • well, i dont think it is corny, it just doesnt make sense. like they want to like marry the statue thing? i dont think that this song goes with the episode.

  • it has to be somthing SMASHING!!

ok that word was both unneccissary and funny!

love how the creators just add random words that americans thought england used...the real john wouldn't have said that if his life depended on it!

  • i lo9ve them all!!!!!

  • Man, I haven't seen this since 1965!! I was 6 then! Thanx for posting this!!

  • No problem :)

  • AHHHHH. THE STATUE OF THEM SINGING IS HILARIOUS!! LMAO gosh i just love this one.

  • oh jeez. this one is funny. = ]

i love the beatles. so classy, yet hilarious.

  • lol

  • HaHaHaHa

  • love how bad the John and George voices are!!

  • I LOVE RINGO IN THIS!

  • that wolf statue in the very begginning is actally really famous, i remember watching some thing about it and its about children that are raised by wolves...

  • yeah i learned about that in the romans in year 6 - i remember doing that!

  • Its the story of the founders of the city of Rome

  • i agree, but it's FUNNY! and it's the beatles, so it all makes sense somehow...

  • were can you get these series!

  • the painter sounds a bit like Ringo.

  • On 00:14 there's a story/legend on 2 brothers who where raised by wolves that picture in the begining on 00:14 in this video...

  • Just what I thought there in Rome. And the picture in 00:14 in the begining are the 1st 2 romans the 1st name starts with a R I forgot there names.

  • Romulus and Remus. How's THAT for a memory!

  • Thanks Ginger. I remember Romulus yet not the other name until now that is. :) Thank u again ging.

  • Another episode I missed just when I thought I've seen all the episodes...

  • (Adding on to the last comment...) 1st roman soldiers I meant / believe...

  • george dont even sound brittish

  • why the hell does it bounce?!

  • "Musica eh? Right down our alley"

  • These shows would do well on tvland

  • john and george sound nothing like themselves

  • They were voiced by Paul Frees!

  • Well, Paul Frees did a bad job then. George was ok, it didn't sound just like him, but he had a gentle tone. John needed to be harsher. Ringo sounded like Wacko from Animaniacs! Paul was actually pretty close.

  • Maybe he was still used to doing Boris howeveryouspellhislastname from Rocky and Bullwinkle (it ended a year before the beatles cartoon series did)

  • do you peeps know how successful boomerang would be with beatles cartoons

  • That's exactly what I was thinking. Boomerang needs a good show like this.

  • This series was a classic. I think it should come to Boomerang.

  • I would pay big bucks for a Beatles music box.

  • terrieble scouse accents - only ringo sounds half accurate

  • what is scouse?

  • look it up

  • ok let me check

  • Am I the only one who thinks that John sounds like Stewie from Family Guy? And that George sounds like Peter Lorre?

  • They were voiced by Paul Frees, who was an extremly in-demand voice artist in the US at the time! He was the voice of Boris Badnov and the annoucer on the Haunted Manison at Disneyland among others!

  • THAT'S what John sounds like! I've been wracking my brain trying to figure out where I've heard him before, lol!

  • I wish I was old enough to have seen these when they were new! But at least we ahve YOUTUBE! I love the BEATLES and this song!!

  • that part at the end is awsome

  • i love ring starr

  • Lol! I just love the "ringo" statue and the Beatles music box at the end. Just GREAT!

  • yeah, you have to turn up the volume pretty loud to hear it.

  • hey i love the beatletoons but this one i cant hear very well :S
